Each set includes four natural slate coasters engraved with detailed California-inspired artwork, featuring iconic scenes from across the state. The designs are engraved directly into bare slate using an IR laser, giving each coaster a permanent, high-contrast etched finish while preserving the natural texture and function of the stone.
Unlike lacquered or sealed decorative coasters, these are not treated or coated, so the slate can still absorb condensation and help protect your table the way a coaster should. Each coaster also includes protective feet on the bottom to help prevent scratching.
