Shipping policy

At Taylor3D, many of our products are made, finished, or prepared by hand. Processing times depend on the type of item ordered.

Processing Times

Ready-to-ship / one-of-a-kind items:
Unique items with only one available are typically shipped within 1–3 business days.

Made-to-order / reproduction items:
Reproduction items are not made until your order is placed. These items typically ship within 3–5 business days.

Custom items:
Custom 3D printed or laser engraved items may require additional time depending on the design, size, material, approval process, and current order volume. Estimated processing time will be provided when applicable.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight
  • Package size
  • Shipping carrier
  • Delivery location
  • Selected shipping speed

We do our best to package each item safely while keeping shipping costs reasonable.

Packaging

Because many of our products are 3D printed, engraved, handmade, or oddly shaped, packaging may vary by item. Fragile items are packed with protective materials to help prevent damage during transit.

Shipping Time

Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier, destination, and selected shipping method.

Taylor3D is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been shipped, but we will do our best to help if there is an issue with tracking or delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box. This helps us review the issue and work toward a solution.

Local Restrictions

Some items may not be available for shipment to all locations due to carrier restrictions, material limitations, or package size. If there is a problem with shipping your order, we will contact you.
